1. Appointment Cancellation

• By Us: In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you as soon as possible and help you book a new slot.

2. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
• Partial/No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not show up, a partial or no refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
• Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the booked service due to our own reasons, you will receive a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your appointment details and payment information. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Exceptions

• Refunds are not applicable once the test/sample collection has been completed or the report has been delivered.
• Any special offers, discounts, or packages may have separate terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
